Located in a bucolic 9ha park in the Landes, we are 30 minutes north of Dax, close to Morcenx and Lake Arjuzanx and 45 minutes from the beaches, if the waves attract you.
A 3000 m2 pond and its private island, a river that borders the property, century-old oaks, a bamboo grove... all this naturally soothing space will be at your disposal to unite in an idyllic place or more simply during a family stay.
You can also come and recharge your batteries with colleagues, organize your end-of-year seminar, or get together for a memorable family reunion.
Everything is possible in this environment lulled by nature and the crowing of the rooster in the early morning.
The river banks on the Estate as well as the pond offer you many little spots to organize your family picnic in the shade of the oaks, to emerge into the heart of nature, or simply to lay down your towel and sunbathe on the sand, lulled by the gentle music of the running water of the "Bez" which runs alongside the property in the forest.

Hence the name "Domaine des Rives d'Ousse". ☺️

On the estate, the chickens and rooster are free to roam. The donkey and the pony are the mistresses of the place.
